I work with: low or mismatched desire, painful sex or vaginismus, difficulty achieving orgasm, sexual trauma or abuse, communication and consent, Sexual anxiety or performance anxiety, polyamory and non-monogamy relationships, sexual addiction or compulsivity, Masturbation/solo sex concerns, erotic intimacy and pleasure enhancement, sexuality and disability

I help people address relationship, communication, sex life and sexual health concerns, weaving together psychosexual therapy and couples/relationship therapy to foster deeper connections, improved communication, and a more fulfilling sex life, whatever that looks like for you.

My therapeutic approach includes a client-centred and emotionally focused/attachment-based model of psychotherapy, looking at the ways our histories impact our current relationships and patterns of behaviour to help you find more choice and less reactivity. To communicate openly and authentically, and navigate relationship challenges, to show up in relationships with intention.
